This model elevates teacher voice and practice while learning how to "talk about instruction" with a lens on improvement, growth, and peer mentorship. You will see how powerful self observation can be and how the partnership of a trusted peer can support growth in both educators. You and your team will leave inspired and ready to conduct this meaningful learning in your own school and department.
