Welcome to the Sched site for the Northwest Mathematics Conference!

ALL WORKSHOPS ARE FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED - signing up in Sched does not guarantee you a spot in a session. However, planning your day in Sched really helps us anticipate any potential need to make room changes.

If you create a free account, you can plan and edit your schedule. You may wish to select more than one session in a timeslot as a backup, in case your first choice of session is full.

On the right side of the schedule you can filter by grade band. This will include the sessions which span more than one grade band. You may also wish to view the Schedule as Expanded.

The U.S. NAEP Data for 2022 showed that there was a decline in math proficiency for students across the nation. Further, millions of students fail to complete school, causing them to drop out of college. Given these findings, educators and leaders must find ways to bridge the achievement gap.  Reports from the National Report Card have shown that there has been a cultural disconnect, with eighty percent of educators being Caucasian, needing support when serving 70 percent of learners of diverse ethnic descents.  There has been a need for engagement in the classroom and a need for teachers to have options for how to bridge the gap.
