I am passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences, connected to place and culture, challenging limiting beliefs, and evolving assessment practices. My website (www.ipsative.weebly.com) is designed for Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) who are interested in exploring and expanding their assessment practices. In addition to the many resources and strategies that are featured on the website, there is a tab with focus questions for collaborative inquiry groups. These questions may be used in book-study fashion to guide discussions and identify areas for growth. The tools and strategies provided (including exemplars) are intended to be used as a "third point" to stimulate critical conversations and promote ongoing professional development.
