About me
Shannon began her career as a middle school math teacher. After 15 years in the classroom, she became an instructional coach working with MS and HS math teachers and focusing on supporting multilingual students through structured discourse. Throughout her coaching tenure, she facilitated multiple training on Collaboration Walks and Reflective Conversations in district, state, and nationally. After 12 years as a coach, she transitioned to the Secondary Teaching and Learning Coordinator supporting coaches and curriculum adoptions. Most recently, she was the Program Chair for the 2023 NWMC.
