About me
I am a product of mixed-settler ancestry, born and raised on the traditional lands of the K'ómoks, Pentlatch and E'iksan in the Comox Valley. Today, I call the lands of the Songhees, Esquimalt, and W̱SÁNEĆ peoples in Greater Victoria my home, where I live, work, and engage in recreational activities. I have devoted 16 years of my career to teaching high school mathematics at St. Michaels University School (Gr 9-12), an international independent institution and I have recently completed a Master of Education in Indigenous Education at the University of British Columbia.
